Terms & Condition
At Beauty Nepal Adventure, we kindly request all our valued guests to carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions before confirming any trip. These conditions are designed to ensure transparency, mutual understanding, and a smooth travel experience in Nepal. By booking with us, you are entering into a legally binding contract that outlines both your rights and responsibilities as well as those of our company.
1. Trip & Booking Contract
Your booking will be confirmed only after we acknowledge receipt of your deposit and send you a written confirmation via email. Please check your booking details carefully once you receive them. If you notice any incorrect or incomplete information, notify Beauty Nepal Adventure immediately so we can make corrections.
2. Payment Policy
- Deposit: To secure your booking, we require a 30% deposit of the total trip cost per person. The deposit should be made via bank transfer (bank details will be provided at the time of booking).
- Confirmation: Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email with trip details.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Nepal, before the trek begins. We accept cash in major international currencies (preferred), bank cards, or wire transfers. Please note that any international transaction charges are the responsibility of the guest.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Changes or Rescheduling: If you wish to modify your booking, you must notify us at least 30 days before the trip in writing. We will try our best to accommodate your request; however, any additional costs due to changes (such as permits, transportation, or accommodation) will be borne by the guest.
Trip canceled by the Client:
- Cancellation prior to 90 days to the trip, 30% of the trip is non-refundable.
- Cancellation prior to 45 days to the trip, 50% of the trip is non-refundable.
- Cancellation prior to 25 days to the trip days 70 % of the trip is non-refundable.
- Cancellation prior to 10 days of the whole amount is non-refundable.
Trip Transfer: You may transfer your booking to another person, but you must inform us in advance in writing. The replacement guest must meet all trip requirements.
Early Return: If you shorten your trek or return home early for personal reasons, no refund will be provided for unused services. In such cases, your travel insurance may cover certain costs.
4. Travel Insurance
For your safety, Beauty Nepal Adventure strongly recommends all guests to have comprehensive travel insurance before arriving in Nepal. Your policy should cover:
- Trip cancellation or delays.
- Medical treatment and emergency evacuation.
- Accidents, injuries, or illness during trekking.
- Loss or theft of personal belongings.
- High-altitude trekking (for treks above 3,000m).
If you plan to climb trekking peaks, ensure your insurance includes “mountaineering/ climbing” coverage. Please confirm details with your insurance provider in advance.
Passports & Visas (Nepal)
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry and should contain at least one blank page.
Tourist visa fees on arrival in Nepal (subject to government rules):
- USD 30 – 15 days
- USD 50 – 30 days
- USD 125 – 90 days
We recommend you fill out the online visa application form through the official Nepal Immigration website prior to arrival. Once completed, print the submission receipt with a barcode and bring it with you.
6. Health & Fitness
Guests are expected to be in good health and reasonably fit for trekking. Please consult your doctor before traveling, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions. Carry any necessary personal medication with you.
7. Refusal of Service
Beauty Nepal Adventure reserves the right to refuse service at any stage of the trip if a guest engages in:
- Disrespectful or abusive behavior towards guides, staff, or fellow trekkers.
- Excessive drinking or use of drugs.
- Actions that jeopardize the safety of themselves or others.
- In such cases, the company holds no responsibility for refunds.
8. Use of Photos & Videos
During the trek, our guides and staff may capture photos or videos. By booking a trip with us, you grant permission for these materials to be used in promotional content (website, social media, or brochures). If you prefer not to appear, kindly inform us in advance.
9. Acceptance of Terms
